There are some whopper releases and awesome events happening in November 2026. Here are some dates you may want to pencil in to your diary, including:
New Releases
Here are three of my picks of from the releases for November:
World of Warcraft: Forever
(PC) - November 4th
Digital
'World of Warcraft: Forever' has been met with a tonne of popularity since its announcement which has led to Blizzard extending the Beta period due to strain on its servers. It is a permanent, parallel branch of the franchise that pairs the original level 60 pacing with an alternate timeline of new lore, expanded zones, and the new Skyborne race. Set chronologically in Azeroth's first year, it features overhauled talent specs, new dungeons and raids, and a 15v15 battleground without disrupting the core Classic feel. Players can also enjoy enhanced visual lighting, open-world campsites that grant social buffs, and an account-wide Legacy progression system.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
(Switch 2) - November 5th
Cartridge & Digital
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for Nintendo Switch 2 is a ground-up remake celebrating the series' 40th anniversary with completely overhauled visuals, an orchestrated soundtrack, and voice-acted cutscenes. Gameplay is modernized with full 360-degree camera control, a dedicated jump and sprint button, seamless inventory shortcuts, and new features like boss rematches and quest tracking. The original release in 1998 is widely considered one of the best game releases of all time, so this remaster is going to be huge!
Grand Theft Auto 6
(PS5, Xbox Series X|S) - November 19th
Digital
It's almost here! Likely to be the biggest game release of all time, it takes players to the fictional state of Leonida and a modernized Vice City. The campaign follows criminal duo Lucia and Jason as they navigate heists and state-wide conspiracies, featuring on-the-fly character switching and deep social media integration. Gameplay improvements include advanced vehicle theft mechanics, high-density crowds with dynamic weather, and the ability to stream radio stations and podcasts on foot.
