Shipping policy

UK Shipping

Items are sent using either a Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 Royal Mail service, which is selected at checkout. Items purchased before 7pm Sun-Fri will be dispatched the following morning (Mon-Sat, excluding public holidays). Items purchased on after 7pm on Saturday will have a collection raised for the next available working day (Monday). Due to restrictions by the postal service, collections will not take place on Sunday's or public holidays. Tracking information is provided for every purchase. Multiple purchases made at the same time will be sent in the same consignment where possible. 

We encourage all purchases made over busy periods, such as Christmas, to be made to accommodate for any postal delays to avoid disappointment.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping on any of our products. Any products bought with the intention of being shipped abroad are doing so entirely at their own risk. Dogghead Technologies does not take any responsibility for any lost or damaged products that have been forwarded on to destinations that were not arranged by Dogghead Technologies.

On the rare occasion that there are problems with your delivery then it is hugely important that this is reported to us as soon as possible so we can chase this up for you. You can do this by filling out a contact form and including your order number and Royal Mail tracking number.
