- Pre-Owned - Disc and case cleaned but has not be put through refurbishment process.
- Refurbished - Disc has been through a resurfacing process to remove defects and cleaned.
Grading for these games are based on the following criteria:
Grade A
- Excellent cosmetic condition.
- Disc should not have any surface scratches.
- Case, manual or other material may have some very minor signs of wear from general use (if applicable).
- Artwork is original print.
Grade B
- Good cosmetic condition.
- Disc may have some surface scratches
- Case, manual or other material may show some signs of wear from general use, such as light scratching, etc (if applicable).
- Artwork is original print.
Grade C
- Acceptable or poor cosmetic condition
- Disc may have many surface scratches
- Case, manual or other material may show a lot signs of wear from general use including damaged plastics/deep scratches, etc (if applicable).
- Artwork may be reprinted.
PLEASE NOTE: The pictures may represent the same game of similar condition and may not include promotional material featured in the pictures. It should be assumed that any promotional material that is included with any game has expired or has already been redeemed.

Items are sent using either a Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 Royal Mail service, which is selected at checkout. Items purchased before 7pm Sun-Fri will be dispatched the following morning (Mon-Sat, excluding public holidays). Items purchased on after 7pm on Saturday will have a collection raised for the next available working day (Monday). Due to restrictions by the postal service, collections will not take place on Sunday's or public holidays. Tracking information is provided for every purchase. Multiple purchases made at the same time will be sent in the same consignment where possible.
We encourage all purchases made over busy periods, such as Christmas, to be made to accommodate for any postal delays to avoid disappointment.
On the rare occasion that there are problems with your delivery then it is hugely important that this is reported to us as soon as possible so we can chase this up for you. You can do this by filling out a contact form and including your order number and Royal Mail tracking number.

We do not currently offer international shipping on any of our products. Any products bought with the intention of being shipped abroad are doing so entirely at their own risk. Dogghead Technologies does not take any responsibility for any lost or damaged products that have been forwarded on to destinations that were not arranged by Dogghead Technologies.

Returns
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us by filling out a contact form, detailing the reason for your return and your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
