Grading for PlayStation 4 controllers is based on the following criteria:

Grade A 

  • Excellent cosmetic condition
  • Analog sticks in great condition (original or fitted with new ones)
  • Includes original serial number sticker
  • Should not have any surface scratches
  • May have some very minor signs of wear from general use

Grade B

  • Good cosmetic condition
  • Analog sticks in good condition (original or fitted with new ones)
  • May include replacement serial number sticker or none at all
  • Some signs of wear from general use including minor surface scratches

Grade C

  • Acceptable or poor cosmetic condition
  • Analog sticks in good condition (original or fitted with new ones)
  • May include replacement serial number sticker or none at all
  • May have some heavy signs of wear from general use
  • May display some minor cosmetic damage

PLEASE NOTE: These do not include a USB cable. These are refurbished items, so please choose your grade of controller carefully when purchasing to avoid disappointment. UK Shipping

Items are sent using either a Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 Royal Mail service, which is selected at checkout. Items purchased before 7pm Sun-Fri will be dispatched the following morning (Mon-Sat, excluding public holidays). Items purchased on after 7pm on Saturday will have a collection raised for the next available working day (Monday). Due to restrictions by the postal service, collections will not take place on Sunday's or public holidays. Tracking information is provided for every purchase. Multiple purchases made at the same time will be sent in the same consignment where possible. 

We encourage all purchases made over busy periods, such as Christmas, to be made to accommodate for any postal delays to avoid disappointment.

On the rare occasion that there are problems with your delivery then it is hugely important that this is reported to us as soon as possible so we can chase this up for you. You can do this by filling out a contact form and including your order number and Royal Mail tracking number.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping on any of our products. Any products bought with the intention of being shipped abroad are doing so entirely at their own risk. Dogghead Technologies does not take any responsibility for any lost or damaged products that have been forwarded on to destinations that were not arranged by Dogghead Technologies.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us by filling out a contact form, detailing the reason for your return and your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
