Grading for Xbox 360 controllers is based on the following criteria:
Grade A
- Excellent cosmetic condition
- Analog sticks in great condition (original or fitted with new ones)
- Includes original serial number sticker
- Will be fitted with an official battery cover
- Should not have any surface scratches
- May have some very minor signs of wear from general use
Grade B
- Good cosmetic condition
- Analog sticks in good condition (original or fitted with new ones)
- May include replacement serial number sticker
- May be fitted with a 3rd party battery cover
- Some signs of wear from general use including minor surface scratches
Grade C
- Acceptable or poor cosmetic condition
- Analog sticks in good condition (original or fitted with new ones)
- May include replacement serial number sticker or none at all
- May be fitted with a 3rd party battery cover
- May have some heavy signs of wear from general use
- May display some minor cosmetic damage
PLEASE NOTE: These do not include a USB cable or any batteries. These are refurbished items, so please choose your grade of controller carefully when purchasing to avoid disappointment. Items can take up to 2 working days to be dispatched from the date of purchase. Our standard delivery service uses Royal Mail Tracked 24 services where possible which usually takes between 1-2 working days, however orders of under £10 will sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which can take longer. Tracking information is provided for every purchase. Multiple purchases made at the same time will be sent in the same consignment where possible. Please be aware that we do not dispatch items on public holidays. We encourage all purchases made over busy periods, such as Christmas, to be made to accommodate for delays to avoid disappointment.
In the rare occasion that there are problems with your delivery then it is hugely important that this is reported to us as soon as possible so we can chase this up for you. You can do this either filling out a contact form or emailing matt@dogghead.co.uk along with your order number and Royal Mail tracking number.
We ONLY ship domestically within the UK. Any products bought with the intention of being shipped abroad using 3rd party shipping company are doing so entirely at their own risk. Dogghead Technologies does not take any responsibility for any lost or damaged products that have been forwarded on to destinations that were not arranged by Dogghead Technologies.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at matt@dogghead.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
